JPT M7 Mopa Fiber Laser Source JPT M7 series high power pulsed fiber lasers make use of master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) configuration, and show excellent laser performance as well as high level of temporal pulse shaping controllability. Mopa Fiber Laser And Q-Switched Fiber Laser
1. Application of surface stripping of aluminum oxide sheet
Now, electronic products are becoming thinner and lighter. Many mobile phones, tablets, and computers use thin and light aluminum oxide as the product shell. When using a Q-switched laser to mark conductive positions on a thin aluminum plate, it is easy to cause deformation of the material and produce "convex hulls" on the back, which directly affects the aesthetics of the appearance. The use of the MOPA laser's smaller pulse width parameters can make the material not easy to deform, and the shading is more delicate and brighter. This is because the MOPA laser uses a small pulse width parameter to make the laser stay on the material shorter, and it has high enough energy to remove the anode layer, so for the processing of stripping the anode on the surface of the thin aluminum oxide plate, MOPA Lasers are a better choice.
2. Anodized aluminum blackening application
Using lasers to mark black trademarks, models, texts, etc. on the surface of anodized aluminum materials, this application has gradually been widely used by electronic manufacturers such as Apple, Huawei, ZTE, Lenovo, Meizu and other electronics manufacturers in the housing of electronic products in the past two years. On the top, it is used to mark the black mark of the trademark, model, etc. For such applications, only MOPA lasers can process them at present. Because the MOPA laser has a wide pulse width and pulse frequency adjustment range, the use of narrow pulse width, high frequency parameters can mark the surface of the material with black effects, and different parameter combinations can also mark different grayscale effects.
3. Electronics, semiconductors, ITO precision processing applications
In precision processing such as electronics, semiconductors, and ITO, fine scribing applications are often used. The Q-switched laser is unable to adjust the pulse width parameter due to its own structure, so it is difficult to draw fine lines. The MOPA laser can flexibly adjust the pulse width and frequency parameters, which can not only make the scribed line fine, but also the edge will appear smooth and not rough.
